Good food, good service at a good price point. The combo set is a great deal with fairly large portion sizes - enough for two people, together with the little complimentary appetizers (which are unlimited like any good Korean joint). Forest Hills has too many overpriced restaurants serving mid food at premium prices. The price here is fair for its quality, which is as good as any such Korean restaurant in Manhattan. Glad to see a place like this in the neighborhood.

I haven't been to this restaurant since last year, and the decline in quality is highly disappointing. The older gentleman by the bar was not there, and the entire staff seems new. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to past standards. The short ribs were not tender and were a bit dry, making the short rib noodle soup overall quite bland, and the noodles themselves were overly chewy. Additionally, while the waffle fries were okay, they came with very little nacho cheese. When I asked for ketchup, the real surprise came with the check. They charged $2 for a tiny plastic container of ketchup, which all other establishments provide for free. It is deeply disappointing to be nickel-and-dimed for a basic condiment. I strongly advise future customers to ask if they charge extra for basic condiments beforehand so you are not caught off guard by hidden fees. Consequently, they have just lost a repeat customer. I have been here six times in the past, but after experiencing subpar food and an absurd condiment fee, I will not be returning.

Best restaurant for Korean tastes in all of NYC. Clean and nice space. Service is extremely thoughtful and professional. And menu-wise. Oh. Huge selection of fish and seafood dishes, which makes me especially happy. Everything is tasty and freshly made. And those soups I’m craving already. Will be back for more. And more!!

If you miss home cooked Korean food, go here! The Galbi is tender and seasoned so well! The Kimchee Jjigee tastes like it was cooked by your Oma! I have gotten take out from here many times and today I dined in, and it was perfection!

Nice airy restaurant with many different side dishes. When we went, the restaurant played Lady Gaga almost nonstop. The soft tofu stews come with lots of rice that sticks to the bottom of the bowl. It’s mostly white rice with a little bit of purple mixed in. The tofu brisket stew was very rich. The tofu seafood beef stew had a slight frozen broth flavor. The portion was suitable for some leftovers. It’s very close to the subway.
